Submission Steps:

Step 2: Create/Login EasyChair account

If you already have an account → Login
If not → click Create an account, follow the instructions, and then log in
Step 3: Open Author Console

After logging in, choose SSS15 2026 → you’ll see the Author Console
Step 4: Make a new submission

Click “New Submission”
Fill in presenter details (all presenters, affiliations, emails)
Enter workshop title (please include word "WORKSHOP_ "in front of the title. Example: WORKSHOP_ QGIS SPACE SYNTAX TOOLKIT) and workshop brief / abstract
Add keywords (3–5)
Upload workshop detail (using template given)
Step 5: Submit

Click Submit. You’ll get a confirmation on screen and by email.
Step 6: Edit if needed
Step 6: Edit if needed
Before the deadline, you can log in again to:
Update title/abstract/authors
Upload or replace files
Withdraw submission if necessary
