Submission Steps for Short Paper:

Step 1: Go to the submission link

• Open SSS15 2026 EasyChair

Step 2: Create/Login EasyChair account

• If you already have an account → Login

• If not → click Create an account, follow the instructions, and then log in

Step 3: Open Author Console

After logging in, choose SSS15 2026 → you’ll see the Author Console

Step 4: Update submission

Click “Update Submission”

• Update author details (all authors, affiliations, emails, corresponding author) if any

• Update title and abstract text if any

• Update keywords (3–5) if any

• Select topic/track (if available)

• Upload paper file via update file (using template given below)

Step 5: Submit

Click Submit. You’ll get a confirmation on screen and email  by EasyChair.

Step 6: Edit if needed

Before the deadline, you can log in again to:

• Update title/abstract/authors

• Upload or replace files

• Withdraw submission if necessary

Note: 

• Short Paper: The maximum word count for a short paper is 1,800 words or a maximum of 15 pages, excluding the abstract, tables, figures and references with a Research Poster

• Deadline of the submission (short paper only) are on or before 15th February 2026
