SSS15 Malaysia 2026 – Poster Presentation Guidelines
Submission Format
Research should be presented as a visual narrative supported by concise text.
The submission should clearly communicate the research objectives, methodology and key findings.
Abstract
Maximum 150 words.
Main Text
Maximum 1,000 words.
References are not required.
Images / Diagrams
Minimum 6 images and maximum 10 images.
Images may be in black & white or colour.
Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.
Poster Format
A0 size poster.
Portrait orientation.
File format: Adobe Acrobat (PDF).

Authors are encouraged to ensure that the visual and textual components are well integrated to effectively communicate the research ideas and outcomes.

Go to the SSS15 2026 Poster Submission page via the provided submission link.
Fill in all the required information in the submission form.
Upload your poster in PDF format (maximum file size: 100 MB).
Click Submit to complete the process.
A confirmation email will be sent to you after the submission is successfully received.
Note
Deadline of the submission are on 15th May 2026, following the acceptance notification for short papers.
