SSS15 Conference Fees

Please note:

1. Payments are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

2. All amounts shown in USD are approximate, based on the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Student registrations (Onsite and Online) will only be accepted after you email valid proof of your student status to sss15malaysia@utm.my. Accepted documents are:

   • • A valid student ID card, and/or

     • An official letter of enrollment or acceptance that shows your study period and confirms you are a student during the conference dates.

4. The short paper (to be included in the proceedings) and poster (to be displayed during the conference) category is offered only for onsite participation. All posters will be displayed according to the conference schedule. Participants are encouraged to be present during the poster session; otherwise, you may include your contact details on the poster for interested attendees to contact you.

9. Lunches and coffee breaks for Onsite participants & Onsite Students.

10. A digital folder with all papers and abstracts for participants of all registration tiers.

12. “Full” Onsite Registration Tiers include the cost of the Conference dinner and local tour.
