SSS15 Conference Fees

FAQ:

1. Payments are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. For any registration payment-related matters, including invoice issuance and payment inquiries, please contact safika@utmspace.edu.my with a copy (cc) to sss15malaysia@utm.my

2. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, all payments will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Currency conversion is not applicable, as we only accept MYR. Any equivalent amounts in other currencies are provided for reference purposes only.

3. International participants are advised to use the Credit Card payment option, as the Financial Process Exchange (FPX) method is restricted to users with Malaysian bank accounts and is not available for international transactions.  

4. Participants are advised to check with the SSS15 Organising Committee regarding their eligibility.

5. Student registrations (Onsite and Online) will only be accepted after you email valid proof of your student status to sss15malaysia@utm.my. Accepted documents are:

   • • A valid student ID card, and/or

     • An official letter of enrollment or acceptance that shows your study period and confirms you are a student during the conference dates.

6. The short paper (to be included in the proceedings) and poster (to be displayed during the conference) category is offered only for onsite participation. All posters will be displayed according to the conference schedule. Participants are encouraged to be present during the poster session; otherwise, you may include your contact details on the poster for interested attendees to contact you. 

7. Please note that: 

   • • All authors (corresponding authors, main authors, and co-authors) who wish to attend and participate in the conference are required to complete their registration and make payment via the following link: https://seminar.utmspace.edu.my/pageMain.aspx?sem=12166&av=on 

     • Each paper must have at least one author registered and paid. That registration allows one person to present that paper. 

     • If you have multiple papers, you typically need separate registrations for each paper

8. Only papers (long & short) with completed (paid) registration will be included in the conference proceedings.

9. The deadline for registration with payment is o̶n̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶2̶5̶t̶h̶ ̶M̶a̶y̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶6̶. - extended to 12th June 2026.  Participants who wish to make payment on-site are required to inform the SSS15 Organising Committee via email at sss15malaysia@utm.my

10. Please note that all submissions and updates to the latest version of the paper must be made exclusively through the EasyChair platform. Kindly do not submit any materials via the registration and payment platform.

11. Once registration payment is made, it is non-refundable. 

The registration fees include:

1. Participation at the conference (both online and onsite)

2. Digital Proceedings – indexed in “Scopus”

3. Lunches and coffee breaks for Onsite participants & Onsite Students.

4. A digital folder with all papers and abstracts for participants of all registration tiers.

5. Pre-conference reception for Onsite Participants & Onsite Students.

6. “Full” Onsite Registration Tiers include the cost of the Conference dinner and local tour.
