If not → click Create an account, follow the instructions, and then log in
After logging in, choose SSS15 2026 → you’ll see the Author Console
Click “Update Submission”
Update author details (all authors, affiliations, emails, corresponding author) if any
Update title and abstract text if any
Update keywords (3–5) if any
Select topic/track (if available)
Upload paper file via update file (using template given below)
Click Submit. You’ll get a confirmation on screen and email by EasyChair.
Before the deadline, you can log in again to:
Update title/abstract/authors
Upload or replace files
Withdraw submission if necessary
Long Paper: The word count for long papers should be between 6,000 and 8,000 words with a maximum length of 20 pages, excluding the abstract, tables, figures, and references.
Deadline of the submission are on or before 15th February 2026
