Submission Steps:
If you already have an account → Login
If not → click Create an account, follow the instructions, and then log in
After logging in, choose SSS15 2026 → you’ll see the Author Console
Click “Update Submission”
Update author details (all authors, affiliations, emails, corresponding author) if any
Update title and abstract text if any
Update keywords (3–5) if any
Select topic/track (if available)
Upload paper file via update file (using template given below)
Click Submit. You’ll get a confirmation on screen and by email.
Before the deadline, you can log in again to:
Update title/abstract/authors
Upload or replace files
Withdraw submission if necessary
Short Paper: The maximum numbers of words are 1800 words (not including abstracts and references) with a Research Poster
Long Paper: The numbers of words are between 6000 to 8000 words (not including abstracts and references)
Deadline of the submission are on or before 10th January 2026
Posters Guidelines:
Presentation of research study which includes a series of 6-10 images/diagrams, accompanied by text.
Abstract: maximum 150 words
Text: maximum 1000 words (references are not necessary)
Images: minimum 6 and maximum 10 (these can be either black & white or colour; 300dpi)
Presentation Format: A0 poster presentation (portrait), in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
Deadline of the submission are on or before 1st May 2026
