Submission Steps:

Step 1: Go to the submission link

• Open SSS15 2026 EasyChair link

Step 2: Create/Login EasyChair account

• If you already have an account → Login

• If not → click Create an account, follow the instructions, and then log in

Step 3: Open Author Console

After logging in, choose SSS15 2026 → you’ll see the Author Console

Step 4: Make a new submission

Click “New Submission”

• Fill in author details (all authors, affiliations, emails, corresponding author)

• Enter title and abstract text

• Add keywords (3–5)

• Select topic/track (if available)

• Upload abstract file (if any using template given)

Step 5: Submit

Click Submit. You’ll get a confirmation on screen and by email.

Step 6: Edit if needed

Before the deadline, you can log in again to:

• Update title/abstract/authors

• Upload or replace files

• Withdraw submission if necessary
